Before sending a return

If something is wrong with an order, contact customer care with the order number, photographs when relevant and a short description of the issue. Wait for return instructions before mailing anything.

Returns may be limited for opened, used or customer-damaged skincare and body-care items. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
