Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Always contact customer care first and wait for return instructions before mailing anything back — returns sent without prior approval can be delayed or refused. Personal-care items must be unopened and unused unless they are defective. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
