You agree to use this store for lawful personal shopping purposes only, and to provide accurate account, billing and shipping information when you order. Please keep your details up to date so we can deliver your order and reach you if anything changes.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Product descriptions, prices, availability and promotions may change at any time without notice. If we discover an obvious error — for example, a clearly incorrect price — we may correct it, and we may cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amounts you paid.

Our products are cosmetics. Product information on this site is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm your order or dispatch it, whichever comes first. Payment is collected through our payment processors at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where an item is out of stock. If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide, except to destinations subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes and certain other restricted destinations that are not selectable at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after dispatch, and international delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Standard U.S. shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $75 or more; all other shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, along with delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns and refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Personal-care items must be unopened and unused unless they are defective. Always contact customer care first and wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

In addition, there are certain other countries and regions that we are currently unable to serve because of payment-network, shipping-carrier or other regulatory restrictions; if we cannot lawfully and reliably deliver to a destination, it is not selectable at checkout.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordering from, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned country, region, entity or individual, and that you will not resell, export or re-export products purchased from us in violation of applicable sanctions or export control laws. We may refuse, cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe would violate these laws. We ship worldwide, but we cannot deliver to the sanctioned countries, regions or persons described above.
